Phangan Utopia Resort - Mae Haad

Clean and comfortable rooms with nice views of pool, sea, and mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price. A must stay in Koh Phangan.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice location on a hill. very quiet. not far from a nice snorkeling point and a few nice beach. but request renting a motorbike or asking for transportation. hotel rent motor bike and arrange boat ticket at a good price. Room was nice and very clean, good ratio quality/price and space. we were in a standard air con see view(800Thb internet offer). good air con an fan do no noise. good breakfast. We enjoy it a lot.

For diner food was good but nothing special

Fantastic view from the top of the hill. Blue lagoon and nice beach and good snorkeling, but it isn't easy to get there. They also have free shuttle to the closest beaches.

It was hard to get to the hotel, they indeed should include transfer to their service. They have 3 wooden hoses (we stayed in one of them) right at the entrance. So we heard every bike and every car that tryied really hard to get on top of the hill and made too much noise.

I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem tucked away in a mountainous paradise. The jungle view room with jacuzzi was amazing, and I couldn't get enough of the amazing views. The pool and restaurant were conveniently located nearby, making it easy to unwind and grab a delicious meal. The staff were kind and friendly, making me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and cute experience.

Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, they offer a shuttle bus to help guests get around. The only other downside was the presence of biting ants due to the hotel's mountainous location, but I came prepared with bug spray.

Decent hotel with very good food. Beds are rock hard and a lot of mosquitos about. Hotel is also far from anything.

We had an unforgettable stay on holidays.

Everything was perfect, so were stunningly beautiful views of the Ocean from Utopia Resort. Bed was very very big, room was budget and stylish. The location was UNBEATABLE, within a close distance from Koh Ma. You could walk to a supermarket and shops. Appreciated it.

Great Hotel and Fantasic Staff

i would love to come back here some time, it was a very nice experience.

Conveniently situated in a calm spot, just a short stroll away from Haad Thong Lang Beach. 🌴

Great location on the mountine (however some people may not like it is a bit far from the beach). View is above all expectations. Personnel is making you feel very comfortable and pleasant. When it was very rainy and hard to go outside we took few DVDs and watch them in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and always there to help .. They helped us book a boat and bus ticket to Bangkok when we left however a new member of staff didn't seem to have booked our taxi at 7am as agreed , however luckily another member if staff saw us waiting early morning and drove us down to the pier themselves ! Hotel was very clean great value for money gorgeous view and pool. Thai food was lovely . Wifi available even though not brilliant signal and not in your room . Computers on site too. We stayed for the full moon party which is a bit far away in the taxi took about 40 mins there and an hour back as your pretty much the last drop off but if you want to stat some where nice rather than near to the party stay here as I'd say seeing the other resorts this is one of the most gorgeous on the island !!

Fine views and tranquil atmosphere. The spacious room was clean and had excellent air conditioning. I enjoyed relaxing by the calm and clean swimming pool. The friendly staff were very good too make my stay enjoyable. The scooter rental made it convenient to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
